Sts. Simon and Jude

Build yourselves up on your most holy faith; pray in the Holy Spirit.

Two lesser-known apostles. Simon was called the Zealot; Jude Thaddeus asked Jesus a question at the Last Supper. According to tradition they preached the Gospel together in Persia and died as martyrs. St. Jude is the patron of hopeless causes. Quiet, faithful people are pillars of the Church too.
