St. Frumentius

In everything God works for good with those who love him.

As a boy he survived a shipwreck off the Ethiopian coast and came to the royal court as a slave. He became tutor to the heir to the throne and spread Christianity. St. Athanasius consecrated him the first bishop of Ethiopia. God can make use even of a shipwreck.
