St. Petronilla

For me it is good to be near God.

An early Christian virgin of Rome whom tradition linked with St. Peter. Her tomb was in the Catacombs of Domitilla, and the French chose her as their patroness. We know little of her life, but the memory of her faithfulness has survived the centuries.
