St. Hyacintha Mariscotti

religious, Franciscan · 1585 – 1640
Her sins, which are many, are forgiven, for she loved much.
— Luke 7:47

A noblewoman sent to a convent against her will, where for fifteen years she lived comfortably and vainly. After a serious illness she was converted and became a mother to the poor and sick of Viterbo. It is never too late to begin to truly love.
